+£500 extra for solo occupancy
Submitting this form is a request to join the Bordeaux May 2027 retreat. Once received, you will be emailed a secure payment link to submit your £500 deposit and officially confirm your place. The remaining balance will be due March 19th (60 days before the retreat start date).
Your payments are fully protected. Amica Vina is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), which means 100% of the money you pay us is held in a dedicated, independently managed trust account.
This retreat requires a minimum of 6 confirmed guests to proceed. In the event that minimum numbers are not met, all deposits will be refunded in full. I kindly ask that you wait to book flights or non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive written confirmation that the retreat is guaranteed to run.
Please note: £2,250 pricing is based on double occupancy (shared hotel room with two separate twin beds).
• If you are travelling with a friend and wish to room together, please indicate this in the form.
• Solo travellers are very welcome. Roommates will be thoughtfully paired once the group is confirmed.
