Submitting this form is a request to join the 50s+ Paris, Champagne, & the Loire Valley October 2026 retreat. Once received, you will be emailed a secure payment link to submit your £500 deposit and officially confirm your place. The remaining balance will be due August 27th, 2026 (60 days before the retreat start date).
Your payments are fully protected. Amica Vina is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), which means 100% of the money you pay us is held in a dedicated, independently managed trust account.
This retreat requires a minimum of 5 confirmed guests to proceed. In the event that minimum numbers are not met, all deposits will be refunded in full. I kindly ask that you wait to book flights or non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive written confirmation that the retreat is guaranteed to run.
Please note: Pricing is based on solo occupancy rooms.
• If you are travelling with a friend and wish to room together for the shared occupancy rate of £2,700 per person, please indicate this in the form.
