Submitting this form is a request to join the Paris & Champagne Christmas 2026 retreat. Once received, you will be emailed a secure payment link to submit your £500 deposit and officially confirm your place. The remaining balance will be due October 11th, 2026 (45 days before the retreat start date).

Your payments are fully protected. Amica Vina is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), which means 100% of the money you pay us is held in a dedicated, independently managed trust account.

Please note: This retreat requires a minimum of 5 confirmed guests to proceed. In the event that minimum numbers are not met, all deposits will be refunded in full. We kindly ask that you wait to book flights or non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive written confirmation that the retreat is guaranteed to run.

  • For shared occupancy, hotel rooms have two double beds. For solo occupancy, hotel rooms have a king bed.

  • If you wish to have your own room, please indicate on the form below.

  • Alternatively, if you are travelling with a friend and wish to room together, please indicate this in the form.

Solo travellers are very welcome. Roommates will be thoughtfully paired once the group is confirmed.
